Dry Leaf: A mat of green, neat and fine needle like leaves.
Wet Leaf: Thick nettle green.
Liquor: Translucent, light grass-green.
Aroma:
Dry Leaf: Sweet, nourishing, slightly sappy with a touch of pea pod.
Liquor: Sweet, open and nourishing with an enveloping warmth and a touch of fresh pea.
Taste: Soft and full with striking vegetal notes, a rich, velvet thickness on the tongue and a sweetness on the finish.
