Appearance:
Dry Leaf: Dark, rust-red, with finely chopped redbush strands.
Wet Leaf: Rust-red, saturated strands.
Liquor: Deep, vivid soy brown-red.
Aroma:
Dry Leaf: Light, pure and fragrant with late-summer notes of dry grass.
Liquor: Sweet straw and plum-skin fragrance with faint vanilla undertow.
Taste: Soft, gently tangy flavour which combines dry straw with a hint of bitter Seville orange richness.
